Hello, Dear Readers! I’m reporting today from my backyard. We’ve been in the house now for 9 days straight. We’re conserving everything, relying 100% on whatever the delivery companies fill our orders with and trying to stay positive. To help myself stay sane, I am trying to help as many of my students back into my online workshops as possible.

Some students purchased workshops as long as 11 years ago! When you purchase any of my workshops, there is “lifetime access”. Yes…even from 11 years ago! I want to work with you. I want you to be able to talk with other students and I am hoping to bridge part of the socialization gap that many of us have during these difficult times.

When I first started hosting online mixed media and painting workshops back in 2009, everything cost less. Since then, due to inflation and the growth of the teaching network, EVERYTHING costs more. From art supplies in general, technology, web hosting, shopping carts, domains and video hosting. To be professional and to still be able to make a little money for my family, you may notice that my workshops do not cost $39 anymore…

I’ve always felt that I offer more than any other instructor out there. You get me, 7 days a week, year round. You get my tangible painting skills in beautiful HD video.. Most classes come with beautiful downloadable handouts. You can see parts of my best selling book, “Acrylic Solutions”, come to life.. and, you get lifetime access.

I started teaching workshops online because, due to my expenses and our family’s income, I’ve never been able to afford to travel to a workshop retreat. I knew there had to be other people out there like me…so I wanted to bring the workshop experience to the masses. We may not have exotic locations, but we sure do teach a lot about art…and making GOOD art.
