Friends, Doctors are insane. "Stay off your feet for 2 weeks and take it easy." What do they think- we all live in a country club? I have a two year old. Come on! It's hard for me to sit in a chair, so I'll make this brief.

While "staying off my feet" today, I made some notes and it looks like we'll have a small tutorial Monday through Friday. No swap this time, just a bunch of ideas and much jibber jabber.

Let's see...this page has some spray paint, white paint, grey paint, charcoal, old book pages, ledger paper, stamping, dymo labels, sharpie paint pen...Don't run crazy looking for all these supplies! You can journal with what you have and it will look great- that's the beauty of the art book!
